Pat the wings dry using a paper towel.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and spray with avocado oil.
BAKING: On a baking sheet, line the bottom with parchment paper and place the cooling rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through at 425 degrees f. Keep baking until your desired doneness. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees or higher.
AIR FRY: preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Add the wings and air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.
Meanwhile, on a large skillet, add the ketchup and sweet chili sauce. Saute for 2 minutes until bubbly. This helps with caramelization.
Toss the chicken wings until it is perfectly coated and the sauce is caramelized.
