Mango Sorbet Ninja Creami (only 2 ingredients!)

This Mango Sorbet Ninja Creami recipe is one of the simplest recipes you'll ever make, using just 2 simple ingredients. It's a perfect dairy-free dessert and will quickly become one of your favorite ice cream treats when the craving strikes! No sugar - just mangoes and coconut milk!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes cut into cubes
  •  
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Mangoes: Slice the mangoes and cut them into cubes. Make sure they are ripe for the best sweetness and texture.
  2.  
  3. Combine Ingredients: Place the mango cubes and the ½ cup of coconut milk into the Ninja Creami pint. Blend it into the ninja creami until smooth.
  4. Freeze: Put the lid on the pint and store it in the freezer for at least 12 hours or overnight. This ensures the mixture is fully frozen and ready to be blended into a smooth sorbet.

  6. Blend: Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer. Install the pint into the Ninja Creami, select the “Sorbet” function, and let the machine blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  8. Blend again: After blending the first time, add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk and blend again. 
  9.  
  10. Serve: Scoop the mango sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately. If you have leftovers, you can store them in the freezer. Just use the Ninja Creami again to re-blend before serving.

Notes

  • Add agave syrup or honey: if your mangoes are not sweet, add agave or honey to enhance the sweetness of the mango sorbet.  
  • Turn it into Smoothie Bowls: Use your sorbet for smoothie bowls— an easy way to enjoy a delicious, refreshing treat. Add more coconut milk to make it into a smoothie bowl consistency.
