Honey BBQ Chicken Thighs in Air Fryer are juicy, tender chicken thighs that are seasoned to perfection and cooked in air fryer or oven. Ingredients
  

  • 8 boneless chicken thighs boneless
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Honey BBQ Sauce:
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Method
 

  1. Prep the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

  3. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce with honey until well combined.

Cook the chicken:
  1. Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

  7. Sauce it up: During the last 8 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with the honey BBQ sauce on both sides. Let it caramelize slightly for extra flavor and char.
