Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 pieces chicken thighs you can also use boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon gochujang paste
  • 2 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken and mix well.
  3. Marinade for 15 minutes or more. For best results, marinate overnight.
  4. Air fry at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. The internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees or more.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
