Easy Air Fryer Garlic Bread with Roasted Garlic

5 from 3 votes
A plate of warm, crispy garlic bread is always a crowd-pleaser. Try making it in an air fryer! The air fryer gives the bread a perfectly crispy crust while keeping the inside soft and fluffy. And when you add roasted garlic to the mix, the flavor is taken to a whole new level. This air fryer garlic bread is a must-try!

Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes
Servings: 4 -6 people
Course: air fry
Cuisine: air fry

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette I used ciabatta, I recommend French loaf
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baguette into slices, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
  4. Drizzle the garlic head with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped garlic head in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
  6. Remove the garlic from the air fryer and let it cool.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, remaining olive oil, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  8. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of the head and mash them with a fork.
  9. Add the mashed garlic to the butter mixture and stir until well combined.
  10. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the slices of baguette.
  11. Place the bread slices in the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

*if you can buy roasted garlic at grocery stores, buy it and skip making it on your own. This will cut your cooking time from 40 minutes to 5 minutes.
