Chili Garlic Noodles (ready in 10 minutes)

These Chili Garlic Noodles are super tasty and flavorful. These are not your regular garlic noodles recipe, every bite is loaded with umami flavor. You are going to love this 10 minute meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Noodles
  • 4 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 stalks of green onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red miso
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru substitute: 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • GARNISH:
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Crispy shallots

Method
 

  1. Noodles: In a medium size pot, boil water.
  2. Sauce: Prep your ingredients. Slice your green onions and mince the garlic.
  3. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  4. Add green onions, garlic, chilis, honey, miso, and peanut butter in a large bowl.
  5. In a small pot, heat the oil.
  6. Add the hot oil to the large bowl. Mix well.
  7. Strain the noodles and add to the large bowl.
  8. Combine well and enjoy!

Notes

Do not over cook the noodles.
