Best Steak Sauce (ready in 5 minutes)

This is the best steak sauce ever. This Japanese steak sauce is great on steak, rice, prawns, chicken, or fish. It is like going to a Teppanyaki restaurant without leaving your house.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup toasted white sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 cup of grapeseed oil or avocado oil

Method
 

  1. Using a Vitamix or a high-powered blender. Blend all the ingredients except the oil. 
  2. Once the mixture is fully blended, slowly incorporate the oil. Let the blender emulsify until it creates a thick sauce. 
  3. Keep the sauce in the fridge until you are ready to serve. 

Notes

  • Use a high-powered blender like a Vitamix or a food processor
  • Slowly drizzle the oil to help the sauce emulsify.
