Best Homemade Garlic Cheese Bread (air fryer)

Garlic Cheese Bread is a simple yet delicious dish that's perfect for any meal. With the addition of air fryer roasted garlic, this recipe takes classic cheese bread to a whole new level of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • Garlic Cheese Bread
  • 2 Italian loaf or French loaf
  • ½ cup freshly grated aged cheddar
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup melted salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley optional
  • Air Fryer Roasted Garlic
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Air fryer roasted garlic: Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees on air fry mode. 
  2. Cut the top part of the garlic bulb exposing the garlic inside. 
  3. Place the garlic bulb in the middle of the 10’ x 10’ foil. Pour the 2 tablespoon of oil on top of the bulb. Wrap it up, and place it in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray. 
  4. Roast in the air fryer for 25 minutes or until the bulbs in the middle are tender.
  5. Garlic cheese bread: Cut the bread lengthwise. 
  6. In a medium size bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. 
  7. Add the roasted garlic cloves, aged cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley to the bowl. 
  8. Taste and season with salt and pepper if it needs it. 
  9. Using a spoon and spread the butter-cheese mixture onto the bread.
  10. Air fry for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy on the outside. 
  11. Serve and enjoy! 

Notes

Oven instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the Garlic Cheese Bread for 15 minutes.
